He's broken AF, how about you test him and lower his damage? 80% hp gone in a 3 hit combo against a tank at level 1 isn't balance. It's not like his damage tappers off later in the game too...no, only gets worst. And if you don't want to lower his damage this lower his dodge duration. Simple.

This has (and still does) happened with sheen items before, so I was just wondering
