Any Kat plays know how a friendly Morde's enslaved ghost of a target enemy champion can be used by Kat strategically? I mean, can Kat shunpo / E to the ghost to catch up on someone or escape?

As far as I know, yes. Kat can Shunpo to any unit, which should also include Morde's ghost (also wards).

so if you are playing kat, and a friendly mordes ghost is near an enemy target you want to go to, would you shunpo to the ghost to get to your target?

No. Never use E just to get CLOSER to a target, use it on THE target. If you waste the E early, you have no way of getting to where you need to be without burning flash

so could you possibly use your E on some purpose which involved a friendly mordes's ghost? If the friendly ghost is somewhere on the map , could kat use it strategically?

Well of course. If you need a quick escape and your Morde's ghost is close enough to act like a life line, jump to it
