Shen, Mundo, and Zac would win because they wouldn't run out of mana before the other guy is dead. :)

Depends on what you consider a tank item, what lvl do they start at, what are the rules? Setting? Would it be every champ 1v1s every champ, most wins comes out on top or what? Would nunu have crap to eat? Cause lol.

Maoiki with passive unless it’s champs in the bottom like mundo (I think he’s a juggernaut)

Ornn has too much %maxhp damage Singed can kite everyone in this list if "tank items" include rylai+liandry With enough stacks, Cho, Thresh and Sion(with titanic hydra) can oneshot everyone else Mundo has his broken Q

Before nerf Tahm would walk in the park and suddenly won this 1v1 tournament between tanks, that also can only build tank items. Maybe Ornn and Maokai come close, but it's debatable.

If you discount the second row that brings in bruisers and juggernauts.

Mundo, Poppy, Ornn or Tahm I think.

%damage should not exist on tanks.

Even Sejuani does way too much damage for a tank.

it depends on a few things. If they have infinite mana, Taric wins Poppy, Amumu, Dr Mundo should do pretty well due to %max health dmg if they go full ap then Malphite for sure. if they go full armor then Rammus, Taric, and Malphite would do well. attack speed, would go to shen, tahm or thresh Thresh, Sion and Chogath, if allowed to infinitely scale should do well. Full ad i think would go to Skarner In a race Malphite, Sion and Ramus would win, with Singed and Mundo trailing behind. idk if i can think of any other conditions/ types of fights. :P

I'm imagining either mundo, tahm, or cho. Percent health on tanks shouldn't exist. Too much damage.

Arguably whoever has the most DPS would win.

So my money is on Tahm or Shen.

considering that Mundo isn't a tank and doesn't care about damage items and will deal more damage than everyone there with tank items then yeah... Mundo wins easily since he is playing against tanks when he is a juggernaut
