How did this get past PBE?

He is being played alot more now, Ergo he wins more now.

The PBE is more for the sake of hyping up a new stuff than it is for testing. Riot clearly does a piss poor job of testing things thoroughly before release. I watched some PBE gameplay of Skarner after they buffed the original version, and I could tell it was stupid overpowered. Riot is kind of clueless when it comes to balance in general if you haven't noticed.

because everyone went "SKARNER SUCKS BUFF HIM" so they did, people still wouldn't stop saying "SKARNER SUCKS BUFF HIM MORE" so they did......and this was the outcome, it's the pbe players fault he's this way, im sure just after the first set of buff he would of been fine.
