Is it a reportable offense in Draft if someone REFUSES to go support

Alright, we have all been there. Draft (ranked or unranked), and we get the last pick who refuses to support. We all go our respective positions based on pick order, and the person says he wont support than picks an off position that just messes up the entire team. In normal, you can just dodge, but in a ranked game, you have to deal with it and all of a sudden you're at a disadvantage from the start. Is it a reportable offense?

As long as they don't break any rules (intentionally feeding, refusing to communicate), then there's not much you can do.

If you flame them over it, and they just try to do their best, the only one breaking the rules is you. Keep that in mind, and just try your best.

If someone doesn't play support, you can try to compensate by playing something with high utility instead of just damage (like picking Orianna over Katarina, for instance).

I guess it depends on what they choose to do instead. Pick an assassin that's strong early and chain-gank? That could work. Pick a strong counter-jungler and make sure the other jungler is starved? That could also work. Take the farm away from the people who were higher pick-order and took carry roles? That's assisting the enemy team. Calmly explain how that puts both laners behind in xp and gold unless the opposing jungler and support don't help out their 1v2 laner.

Let's hope the new champion select screen will put an end to this type of behaviour.

Yea, I'm really looking forward to the new ranked champ select.

It's a reportable offense when the guy dodges because three of his teammates are gay.
