Rather than just giving her a free bonus damage aa every time she hits an ability, she has to wait 10-5 seconds every time she activates it, similar to her previous passive. This allows the enemy to have a window to dive her and attack her. This also allows some space to balance out her other abilities too, rather than just constantly gutting her.

Her problem is that she only really needs one item to pop off, so you can't really shut her down in the laning phase.
