@RiotRepertoir About those Quinn changes...

To start off with, I think most of the changes are going to be really interesting such as Q now applying Harrier and Harrier's CD scaling with crit. However, one thing that has me concerned is the substantial changes for Tag Team.

I want to keep this short, but my favorite part of playing Quinn is that I get a "I wanna go ham" button. I enjoy playing champions like that such as Gnar, Yi, and Nocturne. I am concerned that she will no longer have the same feeling.

To be honest, the only changes I think Quinn really needs is less "wonky" AA, and for Harrier to be "smarter".
