They complain because unless you are playing a ranged champion top lane, you're never going to see your health bar above half. Shes one of those super opressive laners, that even if you're not ttying to fight her she will just chunk you anyway with that god % true damage.
I dont know how to fix it but im sure Riot does.

There are other champions that are true beasts in 1v1 and most people don't complain about them.
But Fiora is the Devil incarnated because of her tanky build. You can't 1v1 her and at the same time she is damn hard to shut down properly in teamfight because of her tanky build.
? You can throw CC at him during his ultimate, you can try to bait him under a tower and temporize his ultimate etc.
? Yes he is a lategame monster (both in terms of damages and tankyness) but he needs an awful amount of items in order to reach such stage.
