5 Man Flex Teams being matched against Solo Players???

Riot, how is it that your matchmaking system allows for 5 man premade teams to be matched against solo players in flex? I would think you would have an /if /then statement that only allows 5 mans to face 5 mans ...

It is quite unfair that a 5 man who is able to communicate via voice chat is matched against a team who is unable to connect via voice chat.

Is the games population really that low in Season 8 that you now have to match like this?
