You gave him the ability to chain his Drains by killing monsters in quick succession, but he NEVER has the mana to do that. Can something be done to refund him some mana if he kills something with Drain? Otherwise his dependency on blue buff is crippling.

He has 50% winrate in challenger with a whopping 69.38% play rate in jungle.

why not run a 5 points in mediation for sustain of mana... take runic affinity to make his blue buff last longer ?
and why not run some mana reg blues to help sustain ? and start
