Almost all 1 trick players can play 1 or 2 champs effectively, but singed mains? Nope, can't even play **tanks ** properly. Holy shit, what is wrong with these people
not exactly the fault of those people. Other champs usually have a few champs that play very similary, both in mechanics, macro and what your job in a teamfight is. Singed however is actually rather unique and there is not really and champ that plays like him(thank god for that!) so they can't really translate thier mastery of singed to other champs.

a long time ago riot stated that singed is the most difficult champion in league as playing him requires you to completely relearn the game because he has to play so differently than other champions in order to succeed. singed players get really good at singed but suffer when not playing him because all their effort has been put into learning to play such a completely different champion properly. riot directly stated this fact last time they showed us those champion learning-curve charts.
Well, their main is broken and easy to play. This makes their rank a couple of divisions higher then their actual skill level. Thus they get matched with realistically better players and feed if they don't get Singed.
It's how a mid main can get autofilled, pick Brand then burst down the enemy bot alone. A simple case of raw skill vs actual bot lane experience.
It's because playing Singed a lot teaches you to try to bait people in since you're so fast. But playing almost anyone else you'll be much easier to catch and punish with that sort of playstyle.
singed teaches you everything about the game but he doesnt teach you a damn thing about how to play other champs. when my brother started league in season 3 i told him to play singed and when he finally tried to learn other champs he was fucked LMAO. he got furious with me cause of it. ive always thought fiddle players were bad at everything thats not fiddle where as singed players tend to just pick teemo or shit like that..
also, when you play enough singed youl know exactly who the retards/bad/good players are by what they do/dont do.

The issue with it is that singed is a champion who despite a basic kit and design brings forth a unique new way of playing toplane that no other champion can provide.
If there was another champion who in playstyle could come close to singed, singed onetricks would do well on it. Problem is, that is not the case. Singed's way of being played is incoherently unique in this negative fashion. Singed isn't a tank, he isn't a dps champ. He is just..well...singed. He has no clearly defined role and all you really do with him is become a statbot who flips shit. He is just so incredibly annoying and because his kit is so basic people always underestimate the threat he can be (hence the dont chase singed meme) but that is an gameplay conflict no other champion suffers from.
im ezreal main, our blitzcrank int banned my pick cause he didnt like ezreal mid, so i went first time singed mid and carried the game by turning on Q an running at the enemy carrys and pressing E lol. even if i died i did insane ammounts of aoe damage and my team won the team fight by me just running in circles.
You say that but that's cuz singed plays a different game. He's my second most played but it's been a while and i already feel worse at him.
Coincidentally, I feel like us Anivia one-tricks are usually adept in other places after having mastered Anivia.
Worst yet is a supp main playing mid or carry,they finish the game with less damage than the actual support

That's not true at all, he just has a different playstyle. It's like maining mobile/burst fighters and trying to switch to immobile/dps juggs. Unless you're pro level, it takes some time to adjust.

Because all they have to do is press a button and run. They're like newbies on shooters, they always take the sniper and if they try anything else they panic really badly
