Tentative proposal for in-game voice chat with non premades

I thought it'd be a good idea because it's more difficult flaming someone when a bit of your personal identity is exposed, even if it's just as small as your voice. Maybe an option to turn it off/on and mute/deafen too for privacy purposes, in case people don't want to talk. Personally, whenever I'm in a discord call with non premades, everyone is nice. I have never been flamed in a call before, but I'm not sure if it's because players who actually want to communicate are friendlier, or if it's just harder to talk shit than type shit.

Anyways, nothing much to add, just been toying with this thought a bit. Anyone disagree?
