And we still don't have A SINGLE FUCKING SOLUTION to 4v5's. Just had an ADC afk in my Ranked and Riot, after 5 years of hearing SEVERAL proposals to fix this problem, hasn't implemented a SINGLE FUCKING ONE.

To Riot: Get. This. Shit. Done.

"Hurr durr Riot Specialists are now banning MORE people for AFK'ing"--My friend who AFK's every other game in his ranked's has gotten banned not by Riot Behavior Specialists, but by LeaverBuster instead. Yes, the automated system is doing a better job of cleaning up this shit than Riot is.

If we have an option to /Surrender, then we should be able to /Kick (Player), and then when another person joins they can be the same or the average level to the rest of the party.
