So I was banned for 2 weeks. So I asked for chatlogs on player support, and this is what I get:

This type of behavior is not acceptable and is why the suspension was placed. When there is nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. If you do not show any tendency toward improving your behavior, you may see harsher punishments.

I went through the chatlogs and bolded by MYSELF (the one providing the chatlogs did not bold the chat for me). I bolded wherever I found myself insulting the player directly. Now a brief compilation of my "insults":

Where do I see the insane swearing? Nowhere. Not a single damn swearword here. Most of this includes the word "kid." The worst thing I've typed here is idiot. So I'm getting banned for calling people "kid", "bad", and "idiot." Riot, I beg you to post the swearwords my teammates were typing at me. Let's totally neglect to mention the fact that I tried in the games while my teammates were harassing me. Look at my timers. I haven't started a single fight in any of my games. All of what I say is reactive to what others type to me.

Seriously, this is just pathetic. Whenever someone asks or tells me a single damn thing I'm just gonna type a smiley back. If they tell me nice gank, smiley face. If they're asking for the baron timer, smiley face (gonna write timers on a paper now, screw communicating it). If they tell me I'm an idiot that deserves to die of cancer at the age of 20, smiley face. Oh, and I'm boycotting your terrible report system until you can show me you're banning people that actually start these damn fights and who use some swearwords/death threats/homophobic slurs.

There were plenty of things you said that no one wants to hear from a teammate while trying to play a video game. It doesn't matter if you swore or not.

You are right. It's not the words he used, but spamming the chat with only negative comments that are kinda "hidden offensive" terms is not acceptable. Because you don't use harsh words doesn't mean you're positive/neutral.

Thanks for proving you don't know how to read a post. Like I said, I NEVER insult anybody unless they insult me first. Period. So saying my teammates didn't want to hear me is just stupid. They're egotistical runts, they want to observe the damage they caused and I'm not gonna lie down and provide that happiness for them.

A.) Despite the caps'd insistence, I am positive that you do sometimes insult people first.

B.) Responding to an insult with an insult, even a milder insult, is still negative behavior and should be punished. That's why people report you for it.

C.) If there's even one person on the team who isn't insulting you, don't they count as a teammate who doesn't want to hear your garbage?

You forgot to bold the entire first game of you harassing the Fizz. You spammed how "bad" he was the whole game. Then, you tried to get the other team to report them for toxicity.

I can tell by this that you had many games of the nature. If you aren't even highlighting it in the given chat logs, you must do it a bunch. I don't think you got 2 week ban for the severity of the language, but rather than quantity.

On a side note, people like you are the reason I can't get logs. Everything is spammed with players that are clearly bad asking for logs so no1 has the time to answer me when I get my support ticket back and the behavior specialist says, "it is important to understand that you did nothing wrong to receive additional chat restrictions."

We don't know. We don't have enough information since this is a partial log and does not contain game play behavior. It is arm chair generalling.

While 1/5 may be bad, it is not intentionally feeding. And considering that he was harassing him loooong before the 1/5 statement, I can make a pretty good guess that he started when he was like 0/1 or 0/2 max. The player obviously doesn't understand the game if he is unable to gank before level 6 and getting pissed off by being asked. Also, this player doesn't think that harassing Fizz is an issue, even when given the logs showing him harassing him, so obviously this player does this behavior a lot. If not, he would have at least acknowledged the behavior as being unacceptable.

You don't know that it wasn't intentionally feeding. For all you know fizz jumped in twice and then headed to the fountain. You have no information. You have no evidence. You are spouting your mouth off with a partial chat log. And that's the problem. People are letting Riot use partial chat logs like they mean something. They don't. Can you imagine getting arraigned in court with only 1/5 - 1/10 of the evidence and only the evidence that points at you? Judges would be shot. There would be revolutions. What Riot is doing the worst Judges in the world have only dreamed of. And you are helping them. Don't be a tool.

Uhm, OP would probably be saying he was intentionally feeding, not "bad". I see constant harassment of a teammates. Constant harassment of a teammate is a violation of Riot's code, regardless of the reason. Even if he was intentionally feeding, Riot has made it clear that you cannot do this.

I think, for whatever reason, you are trying to justify his behavior. I am not saying whether or not it was justified. I am simple stating that this behavior is not allowed by Riot. If you are going to argue that, then you are either trolling or too stupid for me to argue with.

You're an idiot. Warwick can't gank pre-6 unless it's a well-planned counter or unless someone is literally diving before level 6 (which is always a bad idea anyway, so at that point I'd be ks'ing).

Cute. Except you don't know what Fizz was typing. Fizz was literally swearing his *** off between every interval of my supposed "spam". I wasn't spamming the chat; it was already being spammed by other idiots.

And I'm supposedly "clearly bad." Sorry, people like you are beyond help. Saying "bad" and "kid" would never warrant a punishment in ANY other videogame. I want chatlogs even though I know I'm bad? No, I don't know that. And I still don't know that. The morons behind Cry-bunal need to get fired ASAP. This degree of micromanagement is idiotic, to say the least.

What's more, they don't check if you're typing things like baron/dragon timers or communicating, oh no. The 5 lines were you're "offending" the teammate who has been talking smack to you the entire game because you didn't win his lane for him get you banned, disregarding completely everything else.

Oh and these chatlogs were the "worst" ones that the support had to show. I DARE Riot to post "worse" chatlogs than these ones; they can't. They don't exist.

Honestly, this kind of bickering goes on in pretty much every game... They should really just disable chat completely and improve the ping system. I bet the game would be 10x better.

And now I've actually read this...you ask him to hold, from your comments he threatens to report...and you got banned? This is intolerable. Riot is going after the easy marks claiming they are doing work. They aren't. If they are going to ban for everything even you defending yourself see: Fighting Words on wikipedia, then they should stop all chat.

The above is Riot acting like immature jerks and punishing the victim. This is the other school yard bully beating up a kid because he dared talk back to the bully's friend. Riot, under their own rules of justice, should be banned. Ban Lyte.

i read this as devils advocate trying to scrutinize but ....gota say I dont see much worth anyones attention here , not a ban or a support ticket should have been processed total waste of resources by riot , when there are clearly worse going on in many games at all levels of play.

But as stated before the best way to keep your job is to act like your doing something and that its of value... the more the light is shone on the actual FACTS the more we might realize whats actually going on with these practices.

People generally run into enemy over and over after they've died a few times. Whether it's intentional is up to debate; I seriously have no idea. Some people just go on tilt that damn hard.

I agree this behavior is prohibited by Riot. Which is why I'm saying @BuhMuhPHDRiotLyte should give his position to someone with a brain--someone that can actually produce a Cry-bunal with results.
