So...2% EXP gained and a max of 6%....does this work with Zilean's passive where he makes EXP,and does it boost the EXP he gets from giving EXP? random question.

Not sure. It doesn't really matter considering nobody uses them

I use them as a junlgler and as a support if I am going tanky

I mean... 6% experience isn't all that big of a deal but... you WILL reach lvl 18 faster than anyone, given that everyone receives the same amount of experience, after 10 instances of it you'll have earned 60% more than anyone else... now, I don't think it affects how much exp Zilean gives but since you'll be ahead, your passive will charge up faster, I think
