why are eternals crowding out valuable information in chat

i get that eternals showing achievements can make normals more fun to play. But why the fk is there no option to mute them in chat when they crowd up super valuable information like strategies and sum times and more. In ranked, this is super fucking disgusting if my entire chat is crowded with things like yasuo got 10 q's hit and i cannot even see the sum being pinged of the enemy champions without scrolling up in the chat. Imagine if pro players in pro play were incredibly distracted by the annoying notifications from eternals while they were trying to focus on winning. Please make eternals mutable in chat for at least ranked gameplay, there is absolutely no reason eternals should distract players in ranked. Even the annoying eternals in death recap far pale from the destructiveness of having useless eternal achievements crowd up important information in chat in ranked.

Yes the valuable an enemy is missing notification 7 times in a row.

eternals are designed and built to be as intrusive as possible to try and showcase how 'cool and awesome these shiny new things are' to get people to purchase them.

Because like spectating other players opening loot boxes, it's there as a social influence, a visible model of behavior to plant the idea that you are supposed to buy them.

yea its fine in norms, not ranked

It's not fine anywhere. No one should be using behavioral manipulation tactics and unregulated gambling on a player base because they want to wring even more money out of the psychologically vulnerable.

As much as I agree, I honestly could care less.

I just want this shit to stop taking up space on my screen. I don't care that my 1/10 Ezreal just earned his 100th kill.
