Since you're buffing underperforming junglers, what about Xin Zhao?

I realize he used to be oppressive, but he's currently one of the weakest bruisers/divers in the game. Kayn got a massive early game buff, so could Xin get some slight changes?

He doesn't really need damage buffs. He's just way too squishy for a bruiser - most other champions in his class both start the game with much higher health than him and scale better.
