what about AP assassins? is there no parity there? are we gonna put AD assassins even ahead. since ap assassins just use the regular ap items while ad assassins have a variety of items and buildpaths that are specifically there for them.
HongChongDong2 votesAP assasins don't need it. Mage assassins by default have way better late games and snowball potential than AD assassins do so they don't need a buff. Just to satify you there are infact a few AP champions that will do great with the item like Akali and fizz.

both of them have pretty good ad scaling.
