Kai'sa could be broken. (Not surely, we'll wait for it on PBE)

So, new "Kai'sa" Champion is going on PBE soon. She looks awesome and fun, that i will give. Also, i will insta buy her, that too, i will give. But, as i saw, and all of you guys saw too, her abilities can be evolved if she has enough base stats Her Q evolves if there is enough AD her W does if there is enough AP and finally, her E does if she has enough Attack speed. Now, her E must be around a 10 seconds cooldown type of ability at max rank. With enough attack speed, you can become invisible and gain an attack speed burst its cooldown gets reduced with each auto attack. (Obviously 1 second per auto). with 45% cdr its cooldown goes into around 5.5 seconds (if its 10sec). Attack speed burst + you got to have enough attack speed to begin with. So, basically, i predict you'll have around 2.00 attackspeed. In 2 second, you'll hit 4 times, reducing your E cd from 5.5 to 1.5. + the 2 seconds, making it ready. Which makes you able to go invisible and gain an attack speed burst each 2 seconds. (If scaling enough with your Attackspeed) Her W scales and evolves with enough AP. and is a really far ranged ability, which alone makes her kit questionable. Is she a poke adc like jhin or ezreal? Is she a jungler like kindred? Is she an all in adc like Vayne? She has all types really, and gap closer, to a ranged champion ? (R). Anyways W is still balanced never the less (probs a 30 sec cd ability) Her Q scales and evolves with enough AD. So is buying Duskblade good on her ? Or Youmuus? Or maybe Blood thirster for more AD? Who knows how much you must have? Anyways it must be a 5-4 sec cd type of ability at max rank, and a 10 sec at start. Must be a press and click type of ability.

Now, her abilities evolve with AP, AD and Attack speed. What item gives all of these three, and also gives even more of them as much as the fight goes on ? That's right, . This item would be a must on this champion. Probably making her a way to get all 3 abilities evolved. Though, i think rushing the E evolve is a must. It is a very good ability, will have low cd if you have enough CDR+Attack speed. With the new AP items, they give 10% CDR each. I'll have to guess that the AD form works with 200 AD. Say you're level 12, you got around 80-90 base damage for an adc. 90 + 35 = 125 from Guinsoo. + 3x6 = 18 = 143 + Youmuus/Duskblade = 198 (let it scale and it'll reach 200 alone). Your Q is now evolved with 2 items. You have 4 slots left. for W, i'll guess its around 400 AP. Because you need more AP, if you take Electrocute (which i'd say is better than PTA, because she is more ability based, even though her Auto's do something, PTA is very weak atm). it gives you around 20 bonus AP. Buy Rabadons, thats 120 AP, + 40%. We'll calculate this at the end. Now buy Nashor tooths. 140+80 = 220 + 50 = 270 + 24 = 294 (Guinsoos). + 40% bonus = 411.6 = 412 AP. Your W is now evolved. 2 slots left. So now her E, considering her as a normal adc she has around 0.688 base attack speed. Make it 0.7 for easier math. I'll have to guess she needs to get 2.00 Attack speed. Guinsoo alone gives + 25% and + 48% which equals : 73% bonus attack speed, now she has 1.211 attack speed. You get berserker boots because you need oots and attack speed. 1.456 Attack speed. Nashor tooths (which you already bought) gives you +50% attack speed. 1.806 attack speed. BOTRK = 25% Attack speed and Life steal for sustain. = a total of 1.981 Attack speed. Your basic attack speed grouth will make you reach around 2.2 attack speed.

So basically, with You have enough of all stats to evolve all abilities (making them all broken). And to burst, and to sustain. You get around 2.2 Attack speed 400 AP and 200 AD.
