but in seriousness jinx is very clearly the best performing solo queue adc. she can be easily protected with both her own cc and her allies. also she has an insane range with AOE CRITS as well as a GLOBAL EXECUTE. so how exactly is jinx balanced and why is she not being nerfed

. The reason she becomes such a beast is that her minigun's passive speeds up her attack speed, therefore, her crit chance becomes higher. The faster she hits the quicker crits can appear.
Her mobility passive is the thing that is insane.

Really though like a lot of potential threats like her, the main thing is to not let her get fed early game. She can be an absolute beast when she's ahead but she's really not very powerful when she's behind. Consider seeing what caused her to get ahead in the first place and then trying to prevent that the next time you face her.
