Does Ekko have ANY form of counter play right now?

His weakness isn't going oom. I won't argue that tank Ekko isn't annoying, because he is, but going oom as a weakness doesn't make sense, since mana items are everywhere. Pretty much every champion in the game can buy those two items and they no longer have to worry about their resource. (Maybe except champs with channel skill like Anivia, Swain, Aurolion Sol, etc.) If his only weakness is his mana then he need a serious nerf.

I'm not trying to be a dick here, but complaning about someone doesn't go oom because they have 2 big mana items is just rediculous.

Because he actually is that much of an issue.

40% cdr spammable cc + he does ass loads of damage for building little damage.

Yeah, the 320 Q doesn't look that bad. Then you realize that the q stacks his passive, and just by hitting someone with E he can throw a Q into their body to slow them them auto them to proc the passive. After that he just needs to throw W. You either A: blow your gap closer, or B: Flash. Or C: Die at that point. If you do happen to be a special snowflake, you can dash out of that, but thanks to his passive +40cdr he's just going to E at you again, and if he got you low he's going to start doing Elise spider form Qs to your face with every auto attack.

You can't run from him, you can't kill him, and you can't fight him because if you do he'll just cc lock you and the enemy will come to kill you.

If you're far enough ahead in the game Ekko becomes a nonfactor, sure. But, if you're not insanely snowballed, Ekko can and will close a game because the tank Ekko build can make a mediocre Ekko look good and almost guarantee an aoe stun, and behind the handsof a really good player you're basically just fucked.

He also has the luxuryof having almost no counter top lane.

He counters: Bruisers, tanks, hard engage champions, high health champions, all in champions. About the only champions he doesn't royally ass rape are Graves and Quinn which are equally problematic as fuck champions. So, to say "well graves does X." Is also a nonfactor because he is also hilariously broken in plat+ thanks to warlords + PD + deaths dance.

Also, just so you know how much of an issue he's becoming. This patch alone his winrate has shot up around 4% on an avg basis, and a good 10 to 20% on the people that mained him. In case you're wondering, that's an ass load.
