The problem of stormazor is the stat provided (Super high gold efficiency)

item 3153 was the only item that gives both ad & attack speed and it aims at on-hit An item that gives 40 ad and 25% as in exchange of 3200 gold and anti-tank passive is fair For now, item 3095 provides 60 ad and 35% as with cost of 2800 gold only Gold efficiency excluding its passive: (350 x 6 + 300 x (35/12)) / 2800 = 106.25%

-> AD and AS is the core of adc and a single item should not give huge amount of both stat -> The gold efficiency is too high as an item for scaling role -> The guarantee crit passive is interesting but the movement speed is just too much and Jhin is abusing it

Suggestions: -> Increase the cost to 3000 (Combine cost from 500 to 700) -> Movement speed from 20% to 10%

Any thoughts guys*[sg-poppy]*

Stormrazor is an item that gets worse the more items you get.

You are literally "loaning" some of your late game power.

The reason it works is because it is the opposite of a power trough.

You are borrowing from your late game power in order to gain a lead.

Items that have good synergy with Stormrazor diminish the value that Stormrazor provides by itself.

You get an automatic crit if you haven't attacked recently. This gap is shortened by attack speed, but the pace is not so good that you can really get to a point where the reset take place between your minimum attack speed. Meaning, you can not utilize your maximum attack speed AND guarantee a critical strike for every auto attack.

Also, the crit damage is not 200% without purchasing additional critical strike chance. Having additional critical strike chance diminishes the value of being granted an automatic critical strike. Having 100% critical strike chance completely negates the value of the guaranteed critical strike from Stormrazor.

Both of these things, attack speed and critical strike chance, are ultimately worth investing in, but you're just building on the benefits that you already get from the item by itself.

I agree, it's way too gold efficient. However, instead of increasing the cost, I think the way to go is reducing the raw stats it provides. The guaranteed crit should take up a good chunk of its gold cost. Maybe even knock a Longsword out of the recipe so you can't take several bad backs and still build towards such a strong power spike.

you neglected to point out that item 3153 has lifesteal AND an active that does damage and steals movespeed. So your argument of comparing the 2 gold costs doesn't make sense.
