Whats the point of that champion? He is always viable no matter what. Bot, some days ago mid, some days ago jgl. He is constantly high play rate and good winrate. I don't know if he needs nerfs. But it's stupid.

bruv ezreal is one of the hardest adcs to be effective with you can deal a lot of dmg but making the damage meaningful is the hard part for him and also he has this thing called a none existent early game
if you are having an issue with ezreal gank him 3-4 times and his qs will be like cannon minion autos to you

Usually Tank items on ADC's reduce your damage output......

And you know why they have left this un-nerfed? Because they make money from his skins, plain and simple.

The problem with him is that unless he breaks an item ( frozen gauntlet, double tear etc) he is meh adc. Not great, not bad just sit in the middle.

Entry level champions have way too many Training wheels in their kits.
Ezreal has a low cooldown flash that can buffer CC, High range, burst damage, hybrid scalings.
Garen is another example of a champion with too many training wheels in his kit.
Free Sustain Damage reduction / Tenacity effect Execute ultimate Armor Shred Silence that also removes Slows.
In my opinion a well designed entry level champion is Annie.
giannishannibal2 votesWell annie has big auto attack range, she has mana refund on her Q and her E is free thonail minus the grevius wounds and helps to stack her stun. And flash timbers doing AOE stun plus raw damage is too much. Plus AP itemization is slighty better than AD so she becomes stronger that she should be in my opionion.
Garen is a complet stat check champions along side, trydamere, master yi, corki,mundo. The only way to be relavant with their oversimplistic kit is numbers. And since Garen doesnt have a dash or hook he gets free stats from his W and way big health regen. Yes he needs an VGU imo-and its 1 of my favorites picks from when i started till today.
In my opinion the closest we have to fair entry level champion is WW. Because he has simple sustain and attack speed boost when he is low paired to his Q then he can heal and never be that low when jungle, if the enemy isnt below the W threshold then he is quite slow. His Ult even though its supress you can side step or WW can miss it and rocket himself elsewhere ( and his ult takes the majority of his power budget and if he miss he is half useless). His E is kinda problematic because it pairs Fear ( very strong and long duration CC) with damage reduction, but for early players it helps them not to die instanly. And more importanly WW isnt frontloaded with so much damage and AD/AP ratios.

I'd say Ezreal is on a similar difficulty level to Kai'Sa or Jhin.

Kanzler1 votesRemoving the double tear brought him down to a good spot. Ez is not the adc that will kill your tanks. Any adc that builds crit will do a way better job at that, but he can still safely put out a lot of damage over time.

OtterlyLost1 votesBecause he's a huge generalist who can fit any team and with any support. Remember kids, its okay for Lee Sin and Ezreal to be generalist but the second that Maokai was considered a "generalist tank" he had to be reworked and nerfed. :)

He has a flash but so does many other adcs while having 0 mechanics other than right clicking.
Ez requires spell weaving to do any meaningful damage, his skillshots can be body blocked and hes like no damage to tanks.
He has to hit a W Q on someone squishy to even do 1/4th their hp and even then they can just lifesteal, missing 1 skillshot in a duel is pretty much a loss for you.
Ez can be safe and just stand back and press Q and E the moment someone gets near by then he just becomes a chase bait while your team kills the enemy, and god forbid if they have a hyper carry adc who can shread everyone. the games i win the most as ez is when i can pick the enemy adc/mid laner with my burst before a team fight.
Ez is very weak to ambushes and sticky champs, even with a flash if the enemy has a eve/rengar who is actually decent they will 1 shot you before you can even hit the E key, samething with shit like jax who can still catch you with his super low CD leap strike and using his counter strike to dodge Q's.
I play a lot of ezreal and there is very rare a time i will hard carry a game unless i get super fed by being ignored mid can push all turret plating and run into 18 mins with gauntlet/fully stacked muramana. most time i get camped pressured and dived.
Ez has a high pick rate, because he is one of the few champions that are very very fun and his play style can change from ADC to Mage, very few items are a bad buy on him an he can adjust to be whatever he wants without giving up to much damage for it. he has a versatile build path and isnt just the same old ie rush into zeal item adc.
