Kha’zix doesn’t need his isolation damage anymore
I feel like Kha’zix passive is very unique which made the player patiently wait for exposed enemy champions but with Duskblade he is more free to run up invisible and AA doing crazy damage.

His new(ish) ult evolve has turned him into an incredibly brainless champion. I used to consider him the harder to play alternative to Rengar before Riot decided to give him near-permanent invisibility.

I consider Kha'Zix to be a better version of
to be honest
He is way better early game and doesn't need to go with a weird build to one shot people. He is also way easier to balance.
I feel like this could be better phrased as "Kha'zix no longer needs his Isolation damage to kill his target", but I agree.
You’re right! I just can’t change the title unfortunately
Yeah basically isolated vs with the team makes no differences because of duskblade. If anything if they are isolated you just 150-0 them rather than 100-0 them lool
I mean if they didn't give bonus damage for isolation khazix would be liquid ass
He still kills so quickly, its just you die even faster when isolated.
As a a Kha'Zix main with over 200k Mastery Points let me say this:
I used to have a lot of fun with Kha'Zix, especially old Kha'Zix, cause believe it or not but he used to be one of the most balanced assassin's in my opinion. Garbage at teamfights, but good at picking off isolated targets. If you died to Kha'Zix it was because you made a clear mistake. You were pushing a wave all by yourself, facechecking bushes, or haven't bought any armor yet, or he was 20 - 0 and 3 levels up on you, etc. There was always something you could take away from it. It wasn't the rework with new Evolved R that put him over the top. Is it unfun to play against? Oh yeah no doubt. What put him over the top was that Duskblade synergizes ridiculously well with him. So much so that he basically became a Duskblade bot and HAD to build it. And with his rework Riot had made it so isolated damage did less and base damage on Q and Passive did more. A clear mistake. And he got to the point with Duskblade where I just wasn't having fun anymore cause it was just so damned easy to kill people, isolated or not. And I'm sorry if it sounds like bragging, cause that's not my intention. The latest Duskblade nerfs, along with the buffs to his Isolation is actually a good thing. I know it's probably overwhelming right now, but I can't do anything about that. But what I CAN tell you is that Riot is pushing, slowly pushing, him back to the spot where he used to be. Terrible at teamfights, but good at making picks on isolated targets. "What about his Evolved R? That's broken!". I agree having near permanent invisibility is pretty damned strong. My thought for a solution to it is that maybe Riot nerfs the cooldown on his bushes so they take longer to reset. Or make it so that the bushes grant him 1 second invis instead of 1.5 seconds. Or maybe make his R Passive on bushes grant stealth (which can be seen by control wards) instead of invisibility. Just something that can give the opponent more opportunity to actually see him. To summarize: As a Kha'Zix main I agree he's too strong right now and it actually makes him less fun to play as, because I feel like my skill expression can't be seen with him simply because of how easy of an assassin he is now. At this point I wouldn't mind a revert. But be aware that Pre-Rework Kha'Zix actually dealt more burst than current Kha'Zix does because his Q used to scale WAY harder. He dealt more burst in isolation at least, otherwise current is better. What do you non-Kha'Zix mains think? What could be some FAIR nerfs that won't kill his viability? Or do you think he should straight up be reverted?
I think you are spot on. I think Kha isn't the problem, I think it really is just
. I have seen so many champs using it lately, including ones that should not be, but it helps turn a lot of champs into assassins who shouldn't be. Remove dusk and you will get a lot less whining about Kha, or Rengar 1 popping people. It is just a gimmicky item that Rito used instead of just adjusting champions properly. Same thing with
. Instead of balancing a champ, throw in a gimmick weapon that can be completely abused.
Well they ended up buffing kha's base Q and all when they removed the isolation bonus from Q evolved, and because of that, they no longer need to evolve Q, ever.
The base buff was too big. They should honestly have put the isolation buff compensation onto the Q evolve so that he needs to choose what he wants.
We've already went over this. Don't mold a whole champion around one item, because if that item changes the champion will too. It leads to a single champion completely owning a single item and that's proven to be bad already in cases today.
Yeah, it’s used to be where you could stands near your minions in order to have a decent chance of killing kha.
Now, you need to be by then to even have a hope of surviving
I'm just tired of this forcing summoners / kills because he does like 600 damage with electrocute + pressing Q a single time without having a single ad item. God forbid this guy buys two longswords at level 4 and is basically hitting late game.
There's a reason I've been calling him Q'zix for months.
next patch :
since with new changes kha doesn't really need his passive,we are removing it and buffing his Q instead [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Leave his isolation damage, but increase the range of targets to be within proximity of each other.
Remove completely his dumb ultimate upgrade that everyone still take making it impossible to fight him.
