Buff Sion passive, revert Q damage nerf

And revert the W buffs. Because they cant just balance tank items around cho and sion and have them trash for everyone else. All though I think that is the plan.

Sion passive is nothing lategame, even on ad Sion. It shouldnt be lifestealed from in my opinion because Sion is dead. Atleast an adc shouldn't stand still and heal from it.

Sion was op when they nerfed him but the explanation for the nerfs was total nonsense. Nerfing Q doesnt punish Sion much in most weak matchups, infact the opposite, it makes him bully Wukong and other easy matchups less. vs many of the bad matchups you dont get too Q unless they are bad so its barely a difference in some of them, in some of them it was best too max W.

Sion needed the Q damage because everything does loads of damage at level 1 and 2, vs a lot of champs level 1 if you fully charge Q from bush you cant even do an auto and walk away without taking as much damage in return. Kled could tank fully charged Q's like an iron and almost win level 2 before.
