Tip for Everyone Who Has Trouble Countering Katarina

Everytime I see threads complaining about Katarina, I ALWAYS see the usual "lmao just CC her"

This statement was more applied to old katarina than new Katarina. This is because Old Katarina basically needed her ultimate to get a kill unless she was cleaning a kill up. If her ultimate got interrupted, she had no escape and no follow up damage so she was dead unless her team got her a reset. Now, she has more of a chance to escape and more tools to deal damage so she doesn't rely as heavily on her ultimate.

Don't focus so hard on stopping Katarina's ultimate thinking it'll save you. Obviously if she ults then you want to stop it but don't go a game vs her thinking THAT is the way to counter her. Her ultimate is NOT her main source of damage, and as a matter of fact her ultimate is probably her worst ability compared to how the rest of her kit flows. The best way to counter her is through playing safe/respecting her damage and keeping vision to watch her roams.

Also Exhaust and anything with Revives, ( etc.) help deal with Kat because it's harder for her to get a reset.
