What is being done to help his laning phase out? Its too damn hard. And his "late game reward" isnt even close to being worth how bad this champions laning phase is.

twitch i insanely strong late game because his q lets him position almost anywhere, so he cant be jumped, and then the steroid from q+youmuu's+ult make him probably the highest dps in the game. even if he just autos the tanks in front, the projectiles will pierce and automatically kill the back, and runnan's makes this especially effective, twitch is by no means underpowered

his laning is fucking terrible. most time i take him jungler so i can play like eve an ruin the lanes while also getting fed. if you play twitch bot you get insanely harassed and camped by everyone.

you should just farm with twitch, maybe poke with w+e, then when they get low, pretend to back out, stealth back in and assassinate them, or just wait for ganks sine he has so much dps

Twitch seems to be balanced where he's not good nor bad. I'm pretty sure twitches late game is one of the best because his ult does so much damage you can burst a squishy enemy champ easily, like an a assassin. Just q and flank during team fight and rape all their squishys before you die.
