Post Match Stats Clarification Question: Healing Done

Does this stat give the total amount of health healed by hp5 or abilities only, and does it give a total based on healing yourself only or does your total show how much you healed allies?

I'll give examples.

Garen can heal himself with his passive but I don't believe this is shown.

Mundo can heal himself a lot with his ultimate. I would imagine that this does apply.

Someone like Kayle and Nidalee could potentially use their heal ability to exclusively heal an ally. Does this total show as 'Healing Done' for them or the ally?

Or someone like Taric and Alistar who simultaniously heals themselves and allies. Will this stat show the total amount of health they healed themselves AND allies or only themselves? And if it is only themself, does the healing they applied from their ability show under the total 'Healing Done' by their ally?

Then what about the new mastery, Stoneborn Pact? If I apply crowd control to an enemy and my allies attack that enemy, they gain health. Technically, you are healing them, so does this contribute to their 'Healing Done' or yours?
