jk :d shyvana doesn't seem that overpowered to me even with the new devourer

She can force objectives even faster such as dragon and baron with her phantom hit. Literally maintains dragon form off of just one thing that doesn't die immediately. Poops out magic damage and can shove lanes as fast as any split pusher, the outduel them with challenging smite.

And it takes like 2 and a half camps to get your ult back with phantom hit :D
