Who the fuck designed this shit? Jayce doesn't work, Tryn doesn't work, Yasuo doesn't even work.

Okay, as a Rumble main... I CAN GARUNTEE THAT YOU'RE JUST NOT PLAYING AGAINST HIM CORRECTLY!

Rumble is not broken, you're just not playing against him correctly. The champs you listed are all countered by Rumble... except Jayce, that's more of a skill/jungle match up.

Rumble has very easily defined weaknesses, lack of mobility, a mechanic that takes a long time to learn how to use properly, and everyrhing he has is a skill shot.

Rumble is quite easily countered by bursts champs, or champs that have a better early game than him, he's a lane bully, and he always will.

Learn to play against him!

Kayle main here. Kayle doesn't work all that well vs Rumble. He builds tanky and he is extremely difficult to kite without some points in your W.

I rarely play Rumble, but Riven has stomped me hard on him. I imagine Irelia could do similar.

Honestly, in Silver/Bronze, "hard counters" are less important than knowing your champion and knowing how to play around minions/play safe and farm.

Lane bullies with sustain and watch him fall apart without without his jungler's help. If you still lose, then it's not Rumble, it's you bud.

Riven is his most obvious counter... of course you have to know how to play her first. Irelia can do well after 6, but can get farm deprived. In all honesty, it's not who you choose... it's how you play against him.

I've tried Jayce against multiple tanks.

Against people like Rumble/Garen/Darius, his range is not big enough to hit the W. You can only do Q+E a few times before you are oom. If you go in, they get the bigger combo.

Jayce is okay up to level 6, but Rumble becomes tankier and Jayce can't get out once he goes in.

You want to know how to beat Tryn? Fight him when he has no ult. It's that simple. And pick someone with range. Rumble beats Tryn, I know, I've tried it.

That's not counterplay.

Broken is not the same overpowered. Trynd can not just be a good pick, he is either too hard to deal with in lane or pathetically weak. In team fights he offers nothing outside of a quick diversion if he isn't fed and if he can't offer anything then he just mindlessly splitpushes toplane because no one can duel him or kill him to prevent escape.

You have to treat Tryn like an Assassin in teamfights. He has to come and clean up.

Anyone with range can beat out Tryn. People like Olaf, Rumble, Quinn, Trundle and others.

When I play rumble, I usually get destroyed by Yorick Vladimir Shen TahmKench Ryze Renekton Poppy Maokai Olaf Jayce just because they're either tanky and make me look like I fell off, live everything I do so its no progress, freeze lane easier so I can get camped by the jungler more, or just do so much duel damage that when I do just inch closer for a little death fire touch Q poke they just all in me early on and kill me.

Keep in mind rumble is a melee champion with ranged poke, all you have to do is let him push the first wave taking any CS you can get, and at that point while your farming near tower rumble will just get bored and impatient since they like to actually make progress in their laning phase, cause if they ain't getting kills and towers pushing, they're getting camped.

To trade with him, just wait for his overheat, go all in, and then back off and he'll have less half then you had when he overheated. Once he's around 50% you can legitmately just all in and kill him, he doesn't do burst damage to blow you up, even darius auto's hurt more than rumble's Es.

Jayce IS a counter to Rumble lol. Just because you dont now how to play the lane doesnt mean Rumble is OP. Jayce has waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more range than Rumble as can easily abuse him in cannon form. Poke him low, switch to hammer, all-in him. Easy

This is what happened:

If I used ranged W, he'd be too close and could do his AOE attack.

Due to Jayce having bad mana, I could only do ranged Q+E or just ranged Q so many times. Both attacks also get blocked by minions and of course are skill shots anyway.

When I tried to do melee Q+E, a few times the E would not hit and he would slow me and AOE me before I could escape.

So what you're saying is you easily bullied Rumble, got a big cs advantage, got first blood, then stuck around instead of buying, engaged on him in his minions with no mana, and threw your lead? Then you came back to lane and died to jungle ganks? How is this proving your point that its rumble that won the lane?

You also realize Dyrus is a challenger player on a smurf here right? You also realize this was on a patch before they buffed Jayce even more right?
