What about an enchanter support, who specializes in making tanks empowered?

So I was thinking, we have plenty of Enchanter Supports that specialize in keeping carries alive: (sort of, he's a Tanky enchanter/warden). Couldn't there be a support that specifically empowers tanks? For example, one of its abilities could be a shield that's based off of Maximum health of the shielded ally, making it not that great on ADCs but great on tanks. Another could be an ability where you could give a tank a buff, so that if they CC a target, it makes them immune to Grievious Wounds. One other ability could be an ultimate, which would need to be a skill shot cause it's a little crazy, extends the duration of CC on all targets marked, sort of like anti-tenacity.

Almost all supports are good at supporting ADC, but what about one that's designed, an de is best at supporting a tank so that they can do their job better?
