Are you serious? This is super late game and if the enemy Jinx has enough time to walk in circles to build up the proc which takes 10-15 secs then your team is bad and you deserve the loss.

I can't tell which one you're referring to between 
Trist? To be fair, it's super late game by the time she's got that range. Turrets are sort of nothing at that point.
At best she gets two shots off before the enemy team finds her. Time much better spent farming and let top do the splitpush job.
