Riot Jag isn't reworking the champ so there is a chance that the designers give half a fuck about what the community wants
Also CT has nothing to do with the rework so you can actually play the champ without having an 80% banrate and/or 40% winrate

That's wishful thinking, Kayle & Morgana just came out, which were basically two reworks in one.
I think it'll be some time before Mordekaiser's rework comes out.
