@Honor team, can we get a small change to Twisted Treeline?

Currently, in Summoners rift people get commemorated at the end of the game if they get 3 or more honors with a small badge that everyone can see.

In Twisted Treeline, you can't get 3 people to vote for you.

Can we get it so if a player gets 2 honors (honors from each player on their team) that they get that small badge?
