why are you nerfing leona?

the reason why leona is one of my favourite champs and why i have over 130k mastery on her is because she's tanky, has loads of CC, and isn't needlessly complicated like a lot of the new champs. i have been maining her for a LONG time.
but flat nerfs to her damage and stun durations pretty much just kills everything that allows her to be independent
i hate the fact that riot enforces a meta with certain champs. i main jungle leona and i have a 70% winrate on it. why should i be forced to go bot lane? her passive already made it hard to go solo with her, but with flat damage nerfs to compensate for some new mechanic that only works when allies or enemy champions are there to proc it, it's going to be even harder
i would be incredibly happy if her W gave stacks on hitting neutral monsters. this is still a huge nerf but it would be a good compensation.
