In the future, could solo/duoQ be turned into soloqueue and flex que be the de facto friends queue?

After i got to diamond i have faced and played alongside an increasing amount of players that are literally there thanks to their smurfing duo partner. It leads to extreme toxicity in the games played, and is incredibly frustrating to play against as well.

There are simply so incredibly many players that have absolutely no clue how to play the game that still play ranked with a friend. Now i know League of Legends is a game about teamwork, but when someone is literally incapable of playing the game without their duo partner that is no longer teamwork.
