Because Honestly, He feels underwhelming when played. His passive, the charge up time on E, the Q slow, his overall damage, just all feels kinda weak compared to other champions of his similar class. I would love some input on this.
Gigglestick2 votesI'll say I wish his passive's CD scaled with levels (like Aatrox's now does) because it gets looong late game.
His Q slow is fine, it's meant to briefly slow an enemy to stay in range for his W. I like his E, maybe speeding up the charge just slightly might be helpful.
Overall I think Zac's in a pretty good place (his abilities get bigger later in the game and earlier in teamfights as his health is high). His passive could use some reduction in cooldown, but otherwise I really don't see how he's terrible compared to other tanks.
