Why? Mages already have Zhonya's (and, as we've seen with Lissandra having R+Aftershock+Stopwatch+Zhonya's, combining that many instances of invulnerability can be absurd), and the last thing we need is juggernauts and tanks commonly running it again, since they already have enough defenses that they don't need GA.

The Banshee's Veil which also isn't that useful on champions who already build tenacity and can just tank the skillshot?

As if tenacity is even that useful in the game loaded with knockups and knockbacks.

Because all champions have knockups and knockbacks, and those all last over a second.

Wait...Oh that's right, they don't. 31 champions have at least one. Taking out Anivia Yorick Trundle since they're only to prevent you from being stuck in their terrain, that leaves you with 28. Many of which last only a fraction of a second.
