Look at all the toxic champions(And Wukong, Nocturne, and Warwick). Why should Lee be a priority over Aatrox? Hecarim? Vi? Renekton? Because he shows up in all of your games is not a valid answer. There are divers that need alot more work than Lee Sin. 3 of them are on the high priority VGU list. THERE ARE LITTERALLY NO BAD REWORK OPTIONS IN THIS CHAMPION CLASS.
