Haven't seen a post about this yet. 60% self slow? I feel like ad carries just.. walk away after they're taunted. Idk that just feels like an awful mechanic to me, I don't like putting myself at 190 movespeed when i need to be a tank with good positioning for peel/engage

I just feel its impossible to position with that kind of movespeed, i kinda just get ignored in teamfights
RocketRelm2 votesPassive damage reduced. Q is now negatable by every tom, dick, and harry with a hard CC/Silence. W has less resistances at early levels, less damage across the board. E lost it's Armor Reduction for a useless AS buff outside the jungle. R damage down.
Megabuffed.
(Sure, there's some buffs to the kit as well, including the fact that W is now a 1-pt-wonder meaning you can rank something else, but the self-slow on the Rammus W is hardly the only "downside" to the rework.)

W Has much higher resists mid and late game. Rammus isnt meant to do damage. This is even taking into account the slow
E Lost armor shred for an attack speed steroid. This drastically improved his clear time and synergizes with his passive greatly improving his Net DPS. Definitely a buff
R- Lost barely any damage to get a slow that scales up to 96 percent. This is a retarded buff
The only people i see complaining are the idiots trying to play him top Lane when he is meant to be a jungler

It is perfectly fine.... since it requires rank 3 ult and takes 8 seconds to get up to 96% slow.... most fights are decided/ended before 8 seconds... and even if they weren't that doesn't mean that Rammus is able to stick to the enemies for 8 seconds.....
