is Jungle is messed up ?

So Riot wanted to separate the jungle Part of the jungle is AoE focused Part of the jungle is Single Target focused

Blue buff usually benefits mana hungry champion who got good wave clear Red buff benefits champion who do not require that much mana and are single target focused

HOWEVER Red side is Area of Effected Focused while - 6 raptors and 2 krugs that split when die Blue side is single target focused - 3 wolves and 1 gromp

So doesn't anyone think that we should swap some things? For Instance : Blue buff goes at Red side Red buff goes at Blue side

Or: Red Krugs and Red Raptors switch places with Blue Gromp and Blue Wolves
