was hit extremely hard by the mana nerfs. When I play ziggs I go oom after 4 bombs( even after morellonomicon) and I get upset when I miss a bomb because of the terrible explosion radius. Ziggs is also terrible against assassins (aka the new meta) so the least riot can do is revert the nerd on his q.
