oh i don't know... maybe because you have no idea about how things work? the balance team and the team that does the "cool animations" are not the same. You want the game to be even more unbalanced? then let those that do the animations and whatnot be part of the balance team and you will see immediately the horrors that can happen. That's literally like letting someone who has done nothing but flip burgers his entire life be in charge of the military

oh yeah, you would make a great boss one day... YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. Go ahead and try that anywhere and see how many lawsuits up the ass you will get. Adding more balance people won't solve anything, it will just makes things even WORST! you know the saying "too many cooks spoil the broth"? if not look it up.

You would be one of those people who would just throw worthless things up the problem up and hoping it fixes itself
