@Riot, When is Kayn getting nerfed?

How has this champ constantly avoided nerfs every patch? His mobility and damage is ridiculous. He has dominated the jungle ever since his release, and I for one, am tired of it. You wont give AP junglers like Elise any meaningful buffs or ability to impact the game, but you'll let this monstrosity wreck havoc for several patches? Unacceptable. He is the of jungle.

OP.GG says he is sitting close to a 53% win rate. Please, if you actually care about the balance of this game, do something about this champion.
