I question Riot's balancing ideas...

Okay, this is getting ridiculous, Riot.

1 - Rageblade. WHY HASN'T IT BEEN NERFED?!

THIS ISN'T A NERF, RIOT! Nerf the attack speed, nerf the ad, nerf the AP, DO SOMETHING! DOUBLE THE COST, FOR ALL I CARE! "Oh, but they can't proc the passive at the same time as their last auto." Bull. With as much AS as GR gives, it doesn't MATTER what this "nerf" did, they can still proc it almost immediately. If you're going to make the passive hurt ranged champs, make it melee-only. That way, champs like Teemo, Ezreal, and Kayle can't abuse it.

2 - Teemo.

Just... TEEMO. WHY did he need to be buffed? The guy already tilts most lane matchups into his favor, and with Rageblade out there, the little demon is stronger than ever. Personally, I think he should have been left as-is until Riot decided to give him a balanceable rework.

3 - Frost. Queen's. Claim.

Seriously, fuck this item. Every Midlaner and Support is building this thing. Why? BECAUSE THE TWIN SHADOWS ACTIVE BROKE THE DAMN THING, THAT'S WHY! I get why you changed the item in Preseason, I really do. But this was NOT the way to do it. I just had a game where both the midlaner and the support bought it, and made just about everyone's lives miserable.

I saw the planned changes to the item on the PBE, and though that they were good, more "supporty", less "ooh, me midlaner must buy now!". What I want to know is what braindead monkey decided to revert them!

4 - Thunderlord's Decree.

It's still out there, Riot. Still on just about every champ out there. This is reaching prenerf Warlord's Bloodlust-levels of stupid. You need to find a way to fix it. NOW. Don't make it the "goalpost" around which to balance. GET RID OF IT. MAKE IT NEVER EXIST.
