I'm honestly starting to get tired of this in ranked.

People who play a champion they've never played before into ranked, just, irritates me so much. Why would you bother testing the champion out in a game that matters, instead of trying him/her in a normal game where it doesn't? Is an extra game that'll take 20-30 minutes that much of a burden to you or are you just on purposely trying to piss your team off? Idk, this is just my opinion on the subject. It's not hard to play a normal to test the champion out. I lose a lot of games due to this, and I feel like riot should implement a system that makes it to where meta-mancers shouldn't be allowed to play a champion if they havn't played at least 10-15 games with them, sort of how the "you can't play a champion in ranked that's free to play this week", or "you must earn the champion in order to receive rewards", or however it's worded.
