Should there REALLY be punishments for being "toxic"?

Now, now, before everyone starts flipping the fuck out, here me out. Let's take my last game for example of me flaming the fuck out of my teammates: I had a Ezrael, Sona bot lane that died 22 times within the first 15-16 minutes in the game, together. Me, playing top lane renekton, still haven't died once and has 3 kills, even though the Nunu jungle was camping my lane. I gave the bottom lane advice to "stay under turret if you're behind" and they continued to run out of the turret range like monkeys and kept dying. I don't under WHY people do that, but they're clearly not opening they're fucking eyeballs, or maybe zooming in on their champion to see every detail on the project Lucian skin, i don't know. Now, me being as annoyed as I am because people are intoxicated in silver elo every game, I start flaming the hell out of them because they auto lost the game for everyone. The final score was 32/3, and they had the nerve to blame me for their mistakes.

Now, I got chat restricted right after, and no, i'm not going to post the chat logs, because I know I was toxic, but they can't be mentally retarded or arrogant and expect to not get flamed. Now, i'm not the person who says "ggwp" after my team gives up first blood. I'm the type of person who starts flaming the fuck out of people when they refuse to listen to my words of advice and continue to die the same exact way over and over, it's like people's minds in silver elo don't click. When you die, you capatalize and realize what you did wrong, then try your best to fix the issue, not run out of turret range when you're 0/12 and die again. That's when I flame, when they don't comprehend and listen to what I have to say. Note, that I said 0 trigger words like racial slurs or fuck or anything along those lines. I simply flamed them because they wasted my time and do it because they're having "fun". I'm glad you have fun losing numbnuts, honestly, I hope you're having a blast ruining everyone elses time while you're high off your ass.

Anyways, i'm here to point out the issue: I feel as if there should be no consequences to flaming a(n) teammate, because they're clearly giving you a reason to do so, there's a mute button for a reason, and honestly, if you're really going to get butt-hurt over a word that someone has typed, you shouldn't be on the internet anyways, ESPECIALLY a MOBA.

Even when I get feeders and trolls, I realize flaming them isn't worth it. It doesn't improve anything, and can only result in consequences. there's literally nothing to gain by calling your bot lane mentally retarded.

There are no reasons to flame people, that is entirely in your head. Flaming does not improve any situation. At best flaming changes nothing, realistically it is just going to detract from the game even more.
