he got gutted left and right and i think i know why riot's ballance team uses some realy specific technique off creating meaningfull weaknesses for chapions first they gut them then they look at what key features make this chammpion click, what still keeps him alive despite the nerfs, then they adjust their ballance to make this their unique niche and well lucian got nerfed some patches ago and he is still under the line if i could say so he still lacks any weakness, you just reduced the damage on his early game but with some work it seems that you could make him into true vayne v2 he aspires to be (dont deny they are similar)

im not sure if ur saying Lucian needs buffs or if Lucian needs nerfs? Regardless, both are incorrect as he is in a balanced state right now in this meta.

i think he needs work right now he is beetwen ballanced and up (not totaly weak but doesnt realy do that much to pick him over the others in any case) the thing is that riot just nerfed him without giviung him this meaningfull weakness they were talking about

Personally, I think they should revert his last few nerfs since there are many other great adcs being played right now. Before the last Lucian nerf, adcs like Graves, Sivir, and Kalista, rarely saw the light of day, now they are being played quite frequently, but with the way Lucian is right now, he doesn't lane so well against him bc his early game pressure isn't as good, so I could see them reverting the original damage of his passive and giving his w an ad component against as well.
