You barely deal any damage and you expect to assassinate people. Most of you don't even take advantage of its passive.

Ppl want to have impact early game because they know that if they buy crit game will end before they come online, I don't blame them for buying it.
So what they should build instead?
its the only item thats kind of decent by itself for crit adcs early on.
I honestly like storm on aram though. Trist storm + HoB e>q autos is really nice.
Pyke might see some use out of it with a burst centric build.
Might be fun on thresh. Storm shiv get one shot kappa.
Wonder if ittd work well on graves...
Blame riot for claiming to have made it with ADC in mind. It's better on divers and assassins who won't waste procs on attacks that would have crit anyway
