I think for the latter, at least, he should be given mana so it can at least help function as a balance lever. Ability is too strong but needs to be strong? Raise the mana cost.
ZaneShadow1 votesEh, could work. Though I’ve heard he’s going to be a mix of Riven and Juggernauts. So if the Riven half is true, than probably not. I’m saving my BE to see if I want to play him whenever he does come out.

Infernape1 votesIt might as well be called a VGU. He's getting a new model, animations, abilities, VFX/SFX, a new VO, splash art updates etc.
Infernape1 votesAkali's going to keep her energy. She's probably still going to be a ninja and if a ninja in League doesn't use energy, they're not a ninja.
Shen got his VGU and kept his energy, so there's no reason to remove Akali's.
Aatrox is probably going to be manaless, but god knows if they'll remove Blood Well or replace it with a similar mechanic.
